Nubmness\u00a0at ulnar nerve innervated area of the fingers, mostly at night.<\/p><p>Electroneurography and electromyography shows normal findings.<\/p><p>Echoneurography shows mild ulnar nerve enlargement on the left side measuring 10 mm2 in cross sectional area just proximally to medial epicondyle, range for mild neuropathy is CSA 10-14 mm2. Also presence of anconeus epitroclearis on the same side, wich in itself has an unclear significance but will most likely be removed if surgery would ever be performed in the future.
